• Lawrence C. An, M.D., Principal Investigator: Dr. An is a general internist and Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan. He is the Director of the Center for Health Communications Research (CHCR) and Scientific Director of the Cancer Survivorship Program.
• Jasjit S. Ahluwalia, M.D., M.P.H., M.S., Co-Investigator, is a Professor in the Division of General Medicine (Department of Medicine) and Executive Director for the Center for Health Equity at the University of Minnesota. 
• Anne Joseph, M.D., M.P.H., Co-Investigator, is a general internist in the Department of Medicine at the University of Minnesota.
